The Westin Istanbul Nisantasi

One of the best hotels I have stayed at in Istanbul. The hotel’s strategic location, with the metro station right in front of the hotel entrance, made it incredibly convenient. Additionally, the hotel is located next to a shopping mall, and all the shops are just a few minutes’ walk away. The area is beautiful and perfect for shopping, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. The experience was exceptional. The rooms were clean and well-organized, and we were given a complimentary room upgrade to a room with a beautiful balcony view. The staff were the hotel’s strongest point; all of them were helpful and accommodating. Starting with the bellboy who welcomed us professionally and assisted us, to the reception team who ensured the check-in process took less than 10 minutes, and the excellent housekeeping and room service teams. Before heading to the airport, we utilized the luggage wrapping service at the hotel for a very reasonable price. They wrapped the luggage professionally, tied ribbons, and labeled each piece with our room number. They even added “fragile” tags where necessary. When leaving the hotel, the weather was stormy, but the staff managed our luggage perfectly and even opened umbrellas for us, ensuring we reached our car completely dry. Although I frequently travel to Istanbul, this experience was truly unique. A special thanks to Mr. (Ugur) and Mr. (Hazar) and Mr.(DERVIS) for their exceptional service.

Price: reasonable. Location: located in a good area, close to shopping, and restaurants. Customer service: excellent service from the hotel staff. Cleanliness: well-maintained and clean.

The staff, especially the front desk, were incredibly accommodating; my flight landed rather early and they allowed me to check in early so I could get much needed sleep and rest.

Very clean, new, toilets are clean and well equipped, offering free water everyday, breakfast are nice and delicious and prices are good Location: Neshantishi street Shakeshack burgers, starbucks, nero Carrefure mini, money exchange, shawarma shops, bakery, turkish desserts shops.. etc And mall. We had terrace rooms. Very secure. There is security 24 hrs. Also security ppl go around and check all visitors doors to make sure it is closed. They have wrapping luggage services for 150 turkish liras for each bag. Their staff are wonderful (security ppl, receptionists, trainee receptionist, front desk staff, restaurant, cleaning staff, luggage handling staff. Special thanks to Ekram (front desk) and her colleagues (forget their names) who checked us in and out easily and fast.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Special complements goes to Ugur and Zafer for taking initiative to help check on our airport transfer and ensure our luggage are handled with care.
